Ojamajo Doremi is not without running jokes! Here's a list of some of the gags of the show, and an explanation. More will be coming soon!

Doremi's Love Life
Besides Doremi's trademark "pu, pu, tto puu~" that she does every time she's annoyed, a running joke that occurs time and time again with Doremi are her many short-lived romances. Let's review a list of her crushes, shall we?
- Igarashi-senpai from episode 1 (first series), episode 13 (Mo~tto!): Doremi gave up on him because he already had someone he liked. Still, she just can't seem to stop gushing over His Royal Hotness.
- Hasegawa Shingo from episode 16 (first series): Doremi gave up on him because he already had a girlfriend.
- Kashiwagi Yutaka from episode 28 (first series): Doremi was indirectly turned down because Kashiwagi mentioned that he had a crush on Aiko instead because she was more "his type."
- Higuchi Shuuzou from episode 39 (first series): Shuuzou already had someone he liked, and the reason why he dated Doremi was because of Onpu's magic.
- Oozawa Nobuo from episode 13 (#): Doremi told him that it'd never work out between them because she doesn't like cows.
- Akatsuki: ... nothing has happened or ended between them yet... maybe something will?
Hazuki's freakouts
Hazuki is deathly afraid of ghosts. During the level 8 witch exam, she even mentioned her least favorite thing in the world is a ghost, and she easily gets frightened when told a ghost story! When frightened, Hazuki freaks out and sometimes loses control of herself. Later, Momoko is shown to have a similar fear as well!
Hazuki's fear is characterized by her constant chanting of Majorika's name. This was suggested by Aiko, who told her to picture Majorika's face when she's scared.
- Ojamajo Doremi, episode 13: Hazuki's fear of ghosts is referenced for the first time in the series, though her reaction matches up to the same with Doremi and Aiko's.
- Ojamajo Doremi, episode 30: This is where the "Majorika! Majorika!" business all began.
- Ojamajo Doremi, episode 40: Ghosts during a witch exam. Naturally, Hazuki would react to it as...
- Ojamajo Doremi #, episode 29: The girls go through a courage test at the cemetary near Yamauchi's house again, and "Majorika! Majorika!" is mostly what Hazuki can say.
- Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, episode 29: Another year at Yamauchi's! Hazuki, this time with Momoko, freaks out about ghost adventures again.
- Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, episode unknown: Momoko transforms everyone and the setting into a Halloweenish nature. Hazuki freaks out at the new setting.
- Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi movie: Hazuki gets uncontrollably scared when the gang gets lost in the woods.
- Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, audio drama: In Hazuki's audio drama on her character CD in Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, the class has a scary story contest and Hazuki gets so scared that she loses her sanity! She hits Aiko and knocks over all the desks. She doesn't even remembered what happened after she passes out!
- Ojamajo Doremi DOKKA~N!, episode 3: The girls visit Majocloth, but Majocloth lives in a scary forest. As Doremi and Hana-chan happily chant Majorika's name, Hazuki and Momoko chatter the same name in fear while holding onto Aiko.
- Ojamajo Doremi Na-i-sho, episode 13: When Momoko suggests that Doremi's new friend may be a ghost, Hazuki gets so frightened she staggers out Majorika-ing onto the playing grounds and is knocked down by a ball. Ouch.
Miss Seki's Killer Chalk Throw
The strict teacher Miss Seki is known for her trademark chalk throw. Whenever her students don't pay attention to her teachings, she always notices and flings her chalk right at the student, and her aim is deadly precise. What a sporty teacher!! One has to wonder what sports she enjoyed as a child. She whips it out when one would least expect it in the episodes...
- Ojamajo Doremi, episode 3: Doremi, Hazuki, and Aiko were in a mid-conversation/argument when Miss Seki's chalk snaps and she whips it at them.
- Ojamajo Doremi, episode 6: Never pass notes during class again, Doremi.
- Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, episode 17: Doremi looks out the window for Pop and when she turns back, BAM! it flew at her.
- Ojamajo Doremi DOKKA~N!, episode 6: Kotake cracks a potty joke during class, and WHACK! he gets hit. The poor thing never saw the light of day.
A funny moment in the show is when Tamaki Reika imitates and parodies Miss Seki when she flings her chalk towards Hazuki and Hana-chan in episode 10 of Ojamajo Doremi DOKKA~N!.
When Aiko used to be her student, Aiko would always snap it from the air, amazing everyone that she is not an easy victim of the chalk. Here's a list of episodes of Aiko catching the chalk:
Family Feud
We all know that the Harukaze family get along, right? Especially Doremi's parents. Look how much they love each other when Haruka begins to beat up Keisuke for sneaking off to go fishing instead of doing chores or spending time with the family! It's an ongoing joke in the series and doesn't happen just once.
