Updates have been a teeny bit slow lately, but from the background, I've been making tiny changes here and there. I haven't given up hope on this site! While there are no news and updates on the series lately, both in Japan and internationally, I'm still slowly adding all that needs to be added onto the site.

Anyways! I was trying to shop online the other day, and it turns out that the manga for Ojamajo Doremi is out of print! Well, this shouldn't be a surprise since the manga's dated to about 10 years ago, but it's so disappointing! Amazon.co.jp doesn't ship worldwide on this~ so, any additional information on the manga would be appreciated, since I'm unable to acquire such materials for myself.

Over the past couple of months, I've caught people direct-linking images from this site! I'll remind you that direct-linking is forbidden. It is not only unfair to my host to pay for the bandwidth that you "steal" from her, but it is also illegal. Please upload images to your own server!
  • Episode summaries for episodes 49 of Ojamajo Doremi # and 50 of Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi are now uploaded!
  • Lyrics to the full versions of Na-i-sho Yo! Ojamajo and Suteki Mugendai have been added to the lyrics section. Watashi wa Ojamajo Hana-chan!! has been translated.
  • The biographies for the Ojamajo have been updated with Hong Kong dub information.
  • The game information section now has pictures.
  • Some new dates and edits on the timeline have been made! Thanks, Andrew and Harry!
  • Two new pages: a new section that explains the running jokes in the series, and a page that will inform you about fan rumors. If you have any more, submit! The information and FAQ pages have been updated accordingly.
  • The links section has been cleaned out. Dead links have been removed, as well as any sites hosted on Geocities since Geocities will be closing and removing all of their hosted sites this year. If I removed your link and you've already uploaded your site somewhere else (or plan to do so), just contact me and I'll hit you right back up again!

HAPPY 10th ANNIVERSARY TO OJAMAJO DOREMI!! It's been a whopping 10 years since the first episode of this wonderful magical girl series debuted. ♥ Despite one of Toei's most successful series hitting a huge milestone, unfortunately, nothing special commemorating this was released, at least to my knowledge. However, considering what they have released in the past (the CD boxes, DVD boxes, and especially the book Ojamajo Doremi Memorial Album), I guess there might not have been any other ideas for re-releases, right? Only to this day, some figures are spontaneously being re-released, but other than that, nothing else. Still waiting for news on a DVD boxset for the first two series! ♥ So here's a list I compiled (for fun) on what would have made very good releases (or re-releases)! This isn't official and are simply ideas.
  1. DVD boxsets for the first two series
  2. CD release of the radio show Ojamajo Station: Naisho no Mahou
  3. DVD release with footage from the live events, especially of Ojamajo Kids
  4. DVD release of the VHS-exclusive content (Let's Cooking!, the traffic safety videos...)
... sadly, we can only dream.

It's been a new year, and new edits have been added onto the website. I still have plenty of ideas for this website and wish to expand the multimedia section somehow, but we'll see how it goes in time. For now, here's what's new:
  • The DVD discography is online, but missing images and some information on extras. If you have any additional information, feel free to contact me!
  • Some CD covers have been uploaded to the CD discography. There are still many missing images.
  • Information on the radio show has been updated with air dates.
  • Episode summaries for episodes 33 and 38 of Ojamajo Doremi DOKKA~N! are now uploaded!
  • A new lyric translation has been added to the lyrics section: Onpu's very own Cherry Bomb!
  • The encyclopedia of magical items has been fixed. Thanks to Miri for pointing it out! There is also a new addition featuring Oyajide's Bad Cards.
  • The apprenticeship information was updated with help from Allison. Thanks! ♥
  • The affiliates page was reorganized.

Merry Christmas, everyone! As expected, I bring you a mass update! A lot of pages have been redone, reuploaded, and updated. There's also two new subsections to introduce: a translations archive, for audio and miscellaneous translations outside of lyrics, and a timeline, a spoilery summary of the list of known dates of which the series takes place. I've always wanted to do the timeline, and while it will remain mostly incomplete and debatable for now, it is still very thought-provoking and a good way to keep track of events!
  • Character biographies on all of the Ojamajo's families (Harukaze, Fujiwara, Senoo, Segawa, and Asuka) and some of the guests (episode characters) of Ojamajo Doremi Na-i-sho are now online! Small updates on the girls of Classes 6-1 and 6-2 have been made as well.
  • Episode summaries for episodes 10, 13, 34 (Ojamajo Doremi #), 42 of (Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi) are now uploaded! Images for episodes 1 and 6 of Ojamajo Doremi Na-i-sho are included with the summaries.
  • The encyclopedia of magical items used in all series is now online!
  • The informational page about Doremi and the girls' school has been redone. New images have been added to the gallery, a new seating chart is included, and so are information and images about the other schools in Misora City!
  • The informational page about Misora City has been redone with new additions of other highlights of the town as well as information about where the Ojamajo live!
  • The entire CD discography is now online! I am missing images and information on extras that the CDs may have come with. If you have anything I do not have on this site, feel free to contact me!
  • The entire list of video games officially released for all series is now online!
  • Itzel has submitted three lyrics in Spanish for the lyrics section. Thank you! ♥ Additionally, all files for the lyrics have been redone and small corrections for some of them have been made.
  • Now for a fruit of labor that I am proud of: I present you a timeline summarizing all known dates of the events of the series. I've been thinking about doing something like this for a while. ♥ It's an interesting read! If you would like to submit a date, feel free to!
  • A translations archive is now online! I've provided translations to some of the drama and talk sessions released on the CDs. If you spot a mistake, corrections are always welcome!

As told by PsychicKid of Doremi Fansubs, Ojamajo Doremi has had a revival in Japan — the satellite channel BS Asahi is now reairing the entire series from the first series every Tuesday at 5 PM (Japan time, GMT+9). According to Mendinso, Sun-TV has also been reairing the series every Monday through Thursday at 7 AM (Japan time again). Very interesting that Japan is putting reruns of this show! I'm thinking probably it's because the 10th year anniversary of Ojamajo Doremi is slowly coming up.

Despite the business of the autumn season, I've been secretly working in the background by uploading pages and correcting some errors. Here's the full update of what has happened since the last time I posted updates:
  • Information regarding the radio show, Ojamajo Station: Naisho no Mahou, is now online! So far, I only have the cast listing of the three sessions and do not know the exact dates broadcasted nor do I know the radio station. Any additional information is welcome!
  • The magical spells database has returned! This is your guide to all the incantations used in Ojamajo Doremi with a brief description of its purposes.
  • Majorhythm/Rhythm/Rizumu's character profile has been uploaded in the character database.
  • Episode summary for episode 36 of Ojamajo Doremi DOKKA~N! has been added.
  • Images for the dub episode comparisons for episodes 5 and 17 are now online. Some of them have also been revised a little.
  • The lyrics page has been updated with a new song from the 4Kids dub, Believing in Love. A full version of The Straytown Strut is now available, and Onpu's mega-hit WE CAN DO! has been translated into English!

After almost eight months, we're finally back! To explain the sudden disappearance, Royal Patraine disappeared at the end of January 2008 due to aoimari.org's expiring. Until it gets back up, this site is now hosted at sol-aria.org, thanks to Maia! I apologize for the delay it took, but at least the summer and the hiatus gave me time to redo the site!

I'll explain the changes on this site. First, here's a new layout that I've been wanting to give this site forever. ♥ It's not dial-up friendly, so watch out! Also, the character biographies have been completely redone so as to include information on witch outfits and also outlines the main characters' witch lives. As a result, the page describing the witch costumes has been removed. A lot of pages are down because I want to acquire better quality images for them, but new pages that include depth, such as a page describing Misora Elementary School, are online. Some of the lyrics have been edited for consistency, and new translations are also online. Also, the story page has been revamped completely to include better-detailed summaries, a cast listing for each episode, a guide to what spells are used in which episode, and even a list of the English phrases Momoko says!

Another thing I'd like to say is that I've taken a gander at the Doremi articles on the English Wikipedia and these articles need your help to be edited! Let's make them look just as good as the other Wikipedia articles!

With that said, please, please have a look around, and visit again! ♥ If you'd like to keep track of updates, where I'll post new updates on the site or news on Ojamajo Doremi, this website now has an RSS feed! It's also available on LiveJournal as well!
